World Action Against Poverty, Inc each year over two hundred Americans and non- Americans serve as World Action Against Poverty volunteers serving local community needs — helping people in emergencies, becoming mentors, delivering emergency messages timelessly to people who need it, organizing programs for children, the youth and the elderly.

The World Action Against Poverty, Inc. delivers services in several communities through the support of people just like you. Our current needs: We are seeking individuals who will be available to go on a mission. Since our resources are very limited all volunteers are required to pay their own traveling expenses.

Without the help of dedicated volunteers, World Action Against Poverty, Inc could not offer the public the variety of services and programs that it does. 

The World Action Against Poverty, Inc. will need individuals to serve in a variety of functions including:

• Volunteer Staffing

• Health Services

• Client Casework

• Feeding

• Transportation
