World Action Against Poverty, Inc. is organized and  operated exclusively to combat poverty by providing food, education, medicine and emergency relief for families that are victims of poverty and famine in the United States and in developing countries.

World Action Against Poverty, Inc also helps children's by offering a mentorship program to youth ages six to fifteen. The organization, recruits, trains and supervises volunteers who are capable and dedicated mentors. These volunteers offer their time and guidance to children who are seeking a mentor; a positive role model in their lives.

Established in 1999, World Action Against Poverty, Inc. has been able to grow interest in and nurture the children of today so that they may become good citizens of tomorrow.

We wish to thank the Catherine Foundation for awarding us a grant of $50,000 over three years to reach out to kids lacking food, health and education in Africa. We appreciate their help and together we shall change lives on person at a time.

We’d also like to thank all our volunteers and everyone who has helped us with funding. Their support enables us to changes lives and give hope to the hopeless.

Good mentorship programs are hard to come by these days, however here at World Action Against Poverty, Inc. we have taken America’s mentoring charities to a whole new level. Many non-profit companies and charity organizations are strictly capable of providing monetary assistance to the youth of today. The mentorship service we offer has raised the bar for all programs over the last 6 years. Being a mentor to a child can be one of the most personally rewarding ways of giving back to your community. Through your financial support and contributions as a volunteer of World Action against Poverty mentorship program can continue to provide for a more stable future.
